Employee Benefits
An Employee Benefits programme shows staff that you are invested in their wellbeing & future.
Employee benefits are non-wage perks and programs offered by employers to support the wellbeing of their staff. These can include health insurance, life and disability cover, wellness programs, and more. They help attract and retain talent, boost morale, and show your people that you value their contribution.
We work for you
Our Employee Benefits team makes managing your business health plans simple and stress-free. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your business.
- We negotiate on your behalf to help secure competitive deals and a tailored plan to suit your company’s needs.
- Annual health plan reviews to keep your benefits competitive.
- Support with claims and inquiries to reduce admin hassle.
- Optional one-on-one consultations for employees who need extra clarity.
- Dedicated point of contact for ongoing support and advice.
We take care of the details so you can take care of your people.
We provide a range of insurance options, tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of your business:
- Group Health Insurance – A health or life insurance plan that provides coverage for employees and their immediate families, including pre-existing conditions, along with additional add-ons and wellness option. This can cover the cost of private medical care, allowing faster treatments.
- Employee Life Insurance – To provide a payment to a designated beneficiary with a sum of money upon the insured person's death or disablement, providing financial security and support to the beneficiaries.
- Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) – To provide a lump sum payment if an employee becomes permanently disabled and are unable to work again, offering financial support for medical costs and living expenses.
- Trauma Cover – Also known as critical illness insurance, provides a lump sum payment upon diagnosis of a specified serious illness or condition, helping to cover medical expenses and other financial needs during recovery.
- Income Protection – To pay a benefit in case of being unable to work due to illness or accident.
As the employer you can choose a category of people to cover but you are unable to choose individuals, or to offer the cover as a voluntary benefit.
